Pear Juice Concentrate is Juicy and sweet, with a soft, buttery yet somewhat grainy texture, the white to cream-colored flesh of pears was once referred to as the "gift of the gods". Pears are members of the rose family and related to the apple and the quince. When juiced, pears produce a stronger, flavorful liquid that is thicker than many types of fruit juices. Pear Juice Concentrate is manufactured from sound process grade fruit. The extracted juice is de-pectinised, clarified, and concentrated with separate aroma recovery. The concentrate does not contain additives, preservatives, acidity regulators nor added sugars, colorings or flavours.

All raw materials and the process employed in the preparation of Pear Juice Concentrate are in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions. The extracted juice is prepared using all stainless steel equipment. Stringent quality assurance procedures are enforced throughout manufacturing.
